All sales are consummated on the Allegany Indian Reservation.

Our Suppliers and it's employees are dedicated to serving our
customers in a fair and honest manner. We look forward to a long lasting
relationship with all who choose to do business with us. We will do anything
reasonable to correct any mishap that may arise due to our error.

fax or by mail. We encourage ordering from our secure internet site for
expedient delivery of your products.
Privacy Policy:
Your
Privacy is Important to Us! And our suppliers do not release, sell or
otherwise submit to any state agency, tax department or anyone else our
customers tax, personal or financial information.
Payment/Billing Policies:
You may
order by our 24 hour secure internet site, toll free telephone number, fax or by
mail. We encourage ordering from our secure internet site for expedient delivery
of your products.
Order by Mail (Order Form) Pay by Check | Pay by Money Order
We can no longer accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover or any other type of card! We can however accept eChecks. Checks Money Order purchases by fax or
mail, or We have a "Bill" Payment option available that allows customers without
a credit card to: place an order on line, print a copy of the email receipt, and
mail it to us with payment by check or Money Order. Your order will be shipped
as soon as payment has cleared the bank. Sorry but we do NOT ship C.O.D.(Please email Us for details)
We
advise our customers ordering by telephone to also email or fax us your order to
eliminate any misinterpretation regarding your order. Sales are handled by
Allegany Trail Enterprises and for Check orders, the entry on your
statement will read Allegany Trail Enterprises.
Shipping Policy:
Most
orders will ship 24 to 48 hours of placement, depending on product availability.
eCheck orders placed by 6:00pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders
placed after 6:00 pm EST will ship within two business days, Thursday evening
and Friday orders are subject to ship on the following Monday. Credit card
orders can not be shipped without the credit cards billing address submitted in
the Personal information section of the order form.
All
Packages are shipped UPS Ground Service unless unless a request is made to ship
USPS Priority Mail.
All
packages to P.O. Boxes or packages to Alaska and Hawaii ship USPS Priority Mail
only.
Our
shipping prices in the US including Alaska and Hawaii are as follows:
1-3
cartons a Flat Rate of $5.85 with a charge of $1.95 for each additional carton
up to 10.
10
cartons and up a Flat Rate of $19.50 will be applied.
Taxation Policy:
Because
our suppliers are a Native American enterprise in New York state, and all transactions are
consummated on the Allegany Indian Reservation, we do not collect sales tax. Nor
do we report tax or customer information to any government agency or other
entity. Any applicable state or local tax is the sole responsibility of the
consumer to report.
Security:
Credit
card fraud and using checks that are not yours is a serious offense, if you are attempting to use a stolen or
unauthorized check or other bogus activity don't do it here.
Control measures have been initiated to protect from
this sort of behavior and will be reported to the proper authorities.
Check information is processed using Secure Socket Layer Technology as well as
other Security measures.
Age Requirement:
NY State
law prohibits the sale of tobacco to minors under18 years of age.
First Time Orders
Sometimes it is required to get ID, in such cases we will contact you.

User Account Policies:
By
using our site to purchase Tax Free Tobacco, you agree to initially be placed
upon our email list and receive, from time to time, promotional offers on brands
that you have purchased from us. You can opt-out of our email list at any time
by following the remove instructions on any one of the emails.
In
order to assure proper of Customer Service and smooth processing, we may need
to contact customers regarding their orders. Therefore we require that customers
provide and maintain current Phone #'s and Email Addresses within their account
for as long as the account remains in use and orders placed. We do not use this
information for any other reason than the issue that may be at hand and never
sell or share this info. Orders that are placed with incorrect contact
information or placed with user accounts that contain incorrect contact info
will be canceled, as will the corresponding account.
